We were happy with the price and how beautiful they look on our windows. The framing around each window looks rich but when it came to the installation of our slider doors we were disappointed with the final product. The header was crooked and pieced together and looked very cheap in comparison to the way the windows were finished. It was not beveled and you could see the plain wood brace sticking above the header. We pointed this out to the installer who said he couldn’t do anything about it and said it was our floor that was not level. We reached out to customer service by phone and we’re told there was nothing they could do to fix it . We ended fixing it ourselves by adding another piece of trim above and below the header and leveled it out .
