Simply Shutters is an honest and reliable company. They gave accurate estimates of time and explained why things might take longer. We had an issue with one window that was installed and they are replacing the entire frame. We are waiting for the new frame to arrive and they have kept me informed of timing and expectations. Dawn is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I have also dealt with Addison who was very eager to assist.
