I enjoyed the entire experience of my shutters. I ordered at the very beginning of the Pandemic. Whenever I called Dawn was able to answer all my questions. I even got emails with the shipment container number containing my shutters. When they arrived I was able to set a date for the installment at my convenience. The gentleman was very neat and professional. I love my shutters.
