Hi Dawn, the only reason I didn’t select excellent is because the lower half of one shutter is loose. It either has to he almost or totally closed or all the way open. I was going to let it slide but since you asked.....otherwise I am very happy with my shutters. You were great to deal with on the phone and the guys who did the installation were very good.
