Everyone was so pleasant and professional. The staff were informative with regards to the status of my order throughout the process and the installer was prompt, efficient and did an awesome job with the installation. We are very pleased with both the company and the product and it made our home more comfortable and beautiful ... thank you! The only thing I had a minor issue with was that the shipment, delivery and install took 12 weeks and not 8 weeks as informed by the company when originally placing the order... I didn’t mind waiting a bit longer but you should tell your customers that it could be 12 weeks as that is more realistic...
