We do love the shutters, especially because the price we paid made something that seemed unattainable to us, became feasible. We love that our home has shutters. We just haven’t had the best quality service with the people that come out and some of the shutters continue to seem “off”. We have called and when they came, the guys were quite dismissive about our concerns. Some of them squeak loudly or don’t shut well. It’s too bad and hope we don’t fall into the “you get what you pay for” situation with our shutters.
