Prices were excellent. Time from order to installation was a little long, but it was clearly communicated and worth the wait. Installation was great and the installer worked to make sure some windows were fit properly. The only critique that I have is that the installer did not clean after himself. He did have to trim a few times to make sure the fit was ideal. And with this came saw dust. After he left, I went to check everything again and saw mounds of sawdust that I had to clean up. Overall, very good experience. I would highly recommend (and have) to anyone looking for shutters. I would either make sure that installers know it’s their job to clean up or make sure that the customer knows that installers don’t clean up. I’m not sure which is your policy, but clarity on this is my only suggestion. Thanks for the wonderful shutters and I will be using you for any future needs.
