From the very beginning visit from a Steven who took measurements and gave us the quote, to Dawn tracking the delivery (albeit much longer than expected) to the installation everything was done in a most professional and thorough manner. The delay was something out of Simply Shutters control and Dawn was honest and upfront about the delay. Once they arrived they were delivered and installed very quickly by 2 polite and again professional young men. The quality of excellent and WELL worth the wait!
