I think simply shutters has a great product and friendly knowledgeable staff. The only down fall is having to wait so long for the product- which is worth the wait by the way. I also find it difficult to get return calls drom the salesman but you can call the direct line and get an answer back pretty quickly. Overall a pretty great resource.
