Hi there, one of our shutters does not close flat. It pops out at the top. Is this something your guys can fix? Or do you have a solution I can try myself? Thank you. Aside from that, the shutters are nice and look great. The delays were very frustrating because there was very little communication and no advance notice. We were told 8-10 weeks and that turned into 16 weeks in reality. Many of my calls and messages were not returned. At the same time, you were promoting on Facebook that there were no delays! I honestly got angry whenever I saw that. At the end of the day, we are happy, but the long wait and lack of communication was not good. That needs improvement. Thank you!
