I understand that due to the pandemic there was a delay receiving the shutters. My issue is that when I exchanged texts with Dawn I made it clear that due to my husbands health issues precautions needed to be taken during installation. My husband was home when they installed the shutters in the bedrooms,there was no problem with the install, they did a good job were quick and on time, however no one had on a mask. I was not happy that after speaking with Dawn they came into our home with no masks for their own protection and my family, that was upsetting I have worked through this as well as my husband we always were a mask at work
