The planation shutters look beautiful in my home and although there was a delay in the shipment of the shutters due to covid it was well worth the wait. The first installation went smoothly and the two guys who installed the shutters were neat and thorough. The second installation of my kitchen window two different men installed my kitchen window shutter and there was an issue they did not mention to me and I came across the issue and realized there was a problem when I went to open the shutters to clean the window. I am not able to open the shutters because my kitchen sink faucet is a high goose neck and the shutters can't be open to clean the window.
