I spoke with Vodaphone and Samsung as my Galaxy S10 was locked with an MCK code so couldn't enter the NCK code, neither Vodaphone or Samsung knew what I was talking about, I was told by Vodaphone that the MCK was held by Samsung, Samsung who in turn advised that the MCK was held by the phone network Vodaphone!! I was getting nowhere with either of them after 5 days of trying!! I then decided to search online for an unlocking service, and there are so many to choose from!!! However I read many positive reviews about Simply Unlocked so based on the positive reviews I thought I'd give them a try as the price for the unlocking service was also quite reasonable, I waited for about 4 hours on a working day and received my MCK,NCK, RGK and ERGK codes, all the codes I needed and more to unlock my phone.
