A very professional and easy experience all round. We needed a new boiler as ours had come to the end of its life. We organised 3 quotes and not only was Simply Warmer slightly cheaper we were impressed with the attention to customer service and after sales commitments offered. The new boiler was installed within a week to our convenience (they could have done it quicker) and despite an initial hiccup when the wrong unit had been despatched, was completed the same day.
