From the initial survey to the completed installation was just 6 days.The survey and quotation was carried out by John who was friendly and informative which made it very easy to come to a decision regarding the cost and finance. Roy the fitter was extremely polite and efficient and had the installation completed in seven hours and there was no mess whatsoever.During that time Paul came to check on the quality of the installation and Mike arrived to install and commission the central heating thermostatic controls and explain how to use them.We are extremely happy with the new Worcester Bosch boiler and would confidently recommend Simply Warmer to anyone who was considering replacing their old boiler.
