I’m a big fan of Simply Wigs. They have a good selection of stock photos, customer photos and a 360 on a plastic mannequin head so you can see what to expect. The colour swatches and descriptions are good. The selection of wigs is enormous. Wait times can vary depending on stock availability but you do receive an email to let you know if your item is on a back order with the expected delivery timeframe. They offer a hassle fee 14 day return or exchange with no restocking fee. I use PayPal for my purchases and I get my money back on the same day the refund is issued. Customer service is super - very kind, friendly and understanding. I have probably returned more wigs than I’ve kept and yet they still continue to offer me a great service and totally get that it’s a tough product to buy online. The Community Forum is so positive and supportive. There is so much information on styling, wig wearing hacks and lots of other great reads on their blog. People with hair loss can find lots of information and support on their journey. I really like that wig wearing is celebrated and lots of different looks, ages and styles are featured and included. There is as much anonymity as you want but equally important so much positivity and openness about hair loss and wig wearing. I have only once found the same wig cheaper from another UK company but the whole return process was a disaster so I will never go anywhere else again. I have found my happy place.
