DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Ordered hair that was apparently delivered by Royal Mail (no photo or signature), was not received! Called Royal Mail who said please get in contact with the company as we will correspond with them to find a resolution, so I did! I asked for some assistance in getting a replacement, and they point blank said no, tough. Awful customer service throughout, did not even respond personally to my email, was a template they sent and then resent the same email to my reply and have now not responded to my latest email. Would not bother with them, when something like this goes wrong, they should actually have a procedure rather than being rude and unhelpful! Will never use again and will be writing as many reviews in places possible to make people aware!! Do not waste your money!
