First of all when I received my product the box was battered and already been used once before, as well as the item! The box was upside down when delivered to me. Once open I could see that the clock face was open? I followed the instructions and I had noticed the clock face wouldn't rotate back into position. Also I noticed there was a scratch mark on the rear of the clock, where it hangs up on the wall, therefore this clock has already been used once before. I am very disappointed with this item as it was a retirement present and not able to use it straight away!
