The items arrived in 8 days (even though the website said 10/20 days) to the Netherlands, even during COVID and with Christmas coming up.
I haven't tried it yet because it's a present for my partner. But I'm very pleased with the service! (Royal mail didn't update the status, but 8 days, wth!)
The package was well packed and undamaged!
