My package never showed up after 20 days. I contacted contact@singleneedletattookit.com asking if my order shipped because the order page still said, “Your shipment is confirmed We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.” Tom got back to me and said, “Your order was dispatched to the below address on December 20th Via Royal Mail International This non tracked service takes 5-10 working days. Currently, it has been 3 working days, therefore your item should be arriving soon.” Well it’s 20 days later, and I still haven’t gotten the package. They haven’t responded to my request for a refund. Edit: They got back to me, and gave me a refund. Tom was very polite. Not sure what happened with the shipping, but it was 5 days before Christmas so maybe my package just got lost or something.
