I was really lucky to get my order dispatched before the covid-19 shutdown and I've had amazing service from everyone at Single Needle! My order was really well packed and the needles that came in the mixed box were all sorted into size and were packed facing each other so I could just pull them out and didn't have to go through them all to sort them myself, it's just a little detail but it makes all the difference! It's great to see my new 3D printed hand poke tool has been updated to have a metal screw and nut to secure the needle in place instead of it being all plastic. The international delivery took 10 days but this was due to the reduced number of staff in the Royal Mail and not Single Needle. I'm VERY impressed with Single Needle! Thank you very much!
