I purchased an Aurora in December of 2018, in December of 2019 it sustained a 2 foot fall resulting in the objective portion separating and breaking. the initial CS offer was less than satisfactory given that the unit was still under warranty. After speaking to the VP of marketing, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction and I definitely got the impression that he wants to improve the product. The camera itself is amazing, especially for the price. While not PVS-14 gen 3 quality, it’s still well worth the price. I highly recommend having an IR source when shooting on moonless nights. The resolution is definitely HD and the sound quality on recorded footage is solid.
