I ordered a few gifts with wrapping from this company to be delivered to my little sister for my birthday with their 48 hour hermes delivery service. The order wasn't delivered for a week, I emailed them about it to see where the delivery was, I didn't get a reply, instead I received a notification saying there was an order on the way. I've just found out the parcel arrived with no gift wrapping and with completely the wrong order, three items that I did not buy and my original order no where to be seen. A very confused sister who got three gifts that were not for her age. Poor customer service.
