I'm in a position where i no longer can afford the subscription. Receive notifications that it was about to renew and in followed this closely cause i had planned not to renew it for another year. Numerous emails was sent by them warning myself that my business website will expire. Then an email notifying me that my business website has expired. On the day the last day to renew the subscription i received a text message, notifying me that the website was "closed and has expired. To reactivate, please click" the link. I thought i was in the clear just to find them withdrawing the money the next day. No they blaming "auto-renewal" option selected.
