I've been part of the Siwicki Fit-Fam since the pandemic and have continued my membership even though I can only participate through the on-demand platform. I love the different class formats and there are always modifications which I believe is key to making sure you are doing what you and your body respond best to.
I miss the live classes but feel the energy even when I'm breathless on my own, could be the shoutouts Jacob gives me knowing I'll be getting Crushed later!
