Jacob is simply fantastic! Tough, positive and encouraging. He has a unique ability to challenge you to push hard for great results regardless of ability or fitness level with no one ever feeling "judged". There is simply no way I would train as hard on my own. Couple that with his numerous virtual class offerings and its an incredibly convenient experience. What has amazed me the most is that he has somehow managed to build a culture and connection among all of us in class. I have never met most of the people in his classes but feel like they are all good friends that push and encourage each other. Pretty extraordinary.
