This is such a great program. It is great for all levels. Jacob is skilled at making sure everyone is challenged. The live classes are fun and engaging. Regardless of how many athletes are in the class, Jacob takes time to correct form. The On Demand classes feel like you are in the live version because it is a taped live class so it gives a similar level of energy and you are able to continue to make form corrections based on Jacob’s guidance to other students. Super fun family oriented community. Jacob is incredibly responsive to outreach outside of the classes. I am really glad that I found this program.
