Over several days of planning, in addition to quotes we were getting elsewhere, she was always helpful, efficient and effective. She clearly had good contacts and ideas. As a result, not only were we delighted to book with her, but we are very grateful to her for hotel and route advice. You should be aware that other agents promised to undercut you but gave no help, so deserve nothing from us. This was not a cheap and cheerful holiday plan, so it was very reassuring to have such a super agent helping. Very, very good!
