The service of the website itself is fantastic, awesome site and great choice of clothes, navigation and design is awesome...
but I had a complaint to make and asked for a change of clothes and e-mailed Daniel, and never got a reply... So i don't know where I stood with my enquiry!
I needed a refund for some jeans and don't know how to do it.
