Superb customer service with the shoes arriving the next working day. They were superbly packaged and came with a hand written "thank you" message along with an invitation to contact them should I require any help or advice on care.
Upon calling them I received a prompt email with detailed instructions and website links as to where I can find and how to use recommended care items.
All-in-all I'm a very happy customer and look forward to purchasing my next pair of shoes from them.
