I ordered a pair of shoes - they were delivered really quickly and were packaged well. Perhaps a bit too well packaged (the shoes came in a gigantic box - not ideal for the environment but, my shoes arrived in great condition). Six whiting street sent me emails on the progress of my order throughout the whole shopping process - and followed up afterwards requesting feedback - hence my comment. Overall it was a great shopping experience - I definitely recommend them.
