No protective materials and they refuse to refund returned goods
The products were sent in a non padded mailer bag and had no protective material. I decided to return one of the products due to this. I am not going to risk a high cost purchase being damaged when they have put zero effort into protecting the goods which they sent.
Sent my return back almost a month ago. They are claiming the return has not been received despite the postal website saying that it was delivered 11 days ago. I have informed them that the refund for my return seems to be longer than it should 10 days ago.
I am not receiving any concrete information about when my issue will be solved. I am being told to be patient, it has been almost a month since I sent back the return! What is this level of customer service?
I was told by one agent to wait up to 4 working days and then I would be refunded at the latest. Since that time the other guys have just delayed and delayed.
I was polite and patient for a long time but I have had enough of having my time wasted by skatedeluxe!
