Very happy with our purchase but even happier with the after sales service that we received. Our order went missing due to an IT issue and we did not receive our order so I queried it with Skates. A lady named Jo went out of her way to rectify the problem and she also said that she had processed a discount of £10 and reimbursed the delivery fee of £3.95. We received our order the very next day!! Will definitely use this company again.
