I originally ordered a scooter deck for my 11 year old son, the deck was discontinued & the staff emailed me to say we could have a full refund or they would upgrade is to a deck worth an extra £25 as an apology. So, after upgrading us my son no longer wanted the other items we had originally ordered, the staff were amazing & completely changed the whole order & we had the lot within 24 hours. The staff I dealt with were Jo & Katie & I can't speak highly enough about them, in fact we have since placed another order for more scooter parts & other items for birthday presents. Thanks again to a fantastic team of people ????????????
