I bought all the parts to build a custom scooter and they arrived quickly and we're exactly what I ordered. However, it would have really helped if there had been some instructions for building the scooter and if there had been, on the website, some informations on the tools required to do so. I had a very upset boy on Christmas as we were unable to build the scooter on the day because we did not have the tools required to do so.
