Purchased a Penny skate board, was promptly informed that the board was out of stock and actually given the option of a choice of a board from the more expensive range! So happy, as much as I liked the board I initially chose, the one I ended up with is that much better. Very happy with the service and the prompt contact - with a personal phone call about my order.
