Booked a transfer from Geneva to St Jean D'Aulps. Flight was cancelled by Easyjet due to Storm Eunice, could not get a flight until the following day. Contacted Skicab, asked if they could accommodate the delayed arrival - they could not. They applied their late cancellation, did not attempt to provide a transfer for the delayed arrival and charged us full fees. No other company did this - Airbnb etc refunded due to the extenuating circumstances. I did not request a cancellation at any time, I asked for an alternative transfer. I will not use this company again and would suggest you avoid.
