The order process was easy and my item arrived quickly. Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong item so I emailed Effortless Skin to say I would be returning it. Their customer service was excellent! They emailed back about an hour later, with a return form and a postage label and there was no quibble about my reasons for returning the goods. Unfortunately, I had already returned the item with nothing linking it to me (I was having a bad day!) so I emailed again, describing the package. Again, they were excellent. They emailed to say that wouldn't be a problem and they would give me the refund. Sure enough, the next day the money was in my account, making me a very happy customer.
