Always sent with a little thank you note and a special sample of something new. It goes without saying that their products are absolutely first class. I purchase Skinceuticals and Neostrata products which are superb and have made and are still making my skin so much more improved since using these items. The prices at Effortless are very good and they have many items that are regularly reduced and if you purchase more than one item you often get an excellent discount with free delivery. Altogether a wonderful company. I shall always be attached to Effortless and order my skincare products from them.
