My delivery did not arrive when I expected and I was not able to track through the Royal Mail. After a quick email to Effortless Skin, Laura checked with Royal Mail and emailed me straight back to reassure me that it was slightly delayed and had not gone astray. The parcel was delivered shortly thereafter, well packaged. Thank you, excellent service!
