I purchased the retinol skin serum and was perplexed why I had to telephone to order rather than purchase straight over the Internet. When I phoned to order it then became apparent, the product included retinol and they wanted to give me skin advice regarding usage, this shows a company which takes responsibility for the products it sells, I was very impressed.
