My product did not arrive on the day stated to me perhaps due to it being a bank holiday. My order arrived the day after the stated date. However, I am still really pleased with the service and the response I had when I spoke to Skincity on the phone about my order. My package arrived the day after the stated date. I am delighted with the product-a high quality sunscreen which I cannot get easily anywhere else. Will be ordering again.
