I had been trying to find a professional eyebrow/lash tint for a while. I'd found a few brands but wherever sold them, you needed to be in the trade which unfortunately I'm not. I came across Skincity (checked it out on Trust Pilot too) and couldn't believe I'd found somewhere. I love the fact you guys offer signature wrapping, recyclable and sustainable packaging and wrapping. The tote bag and makeup bag are such a lovely touch considering they're free. I've never ever came across a brand, not even a beauty brand that provides customers with a little prezzie (Kokeshi). How lovely!! A token of love and friendship and you can even collect them. Little tokens like that, to me, are so so special and put a smile on my face. They really are a lovely idea and show just how much you value your customers. To my surprise, I even received another free retinol sample, again, great customer service. Thank you so much for my order, the lovely little extras and great customer experience.
