I am a longtime user of Obagi Clenziderm Benzoyl Peroxide. I started ordering this product from Skin Elite during a time where it was hard to find this particular product at the end of 2021 and beginning of 2022. They had a discounted price, and I signed up for a subscription to be shipped to me monthly so I would not run out. Recently, they stopped delivering the item without contacting me, and they also cancelled my subscription without explanation. No emails, no text, not a word. On February 7th I contacted them, explaining that I am dependent on this subscription as its for my face, and I asked about the whereabouts. I was contacted by Pam who told me would ship next business day. It did not, I asked again - what happened? Then Pam stated they were changing their subscription services, and they would only honor my current price for one more month. They also tried to add insult to injury by speaking about their right to change, or modify subscription. That is fine I never even knew the issue! But what about the subscription consumers LEGAL right to be notified of a change in a timely manner, the right to prominent and conspicuous notice, and the right to clear, easily understandable terms. When I mentioned these things then Ian who stated he was an Operations Manager told me he would put me on a new subscription but I needed to pay $8.60 more for my monthly subscription as their cost increased. I agreed - I never said at any point prior I had issues with changes - I wanted to be informed so I could make smart decisions. Then the next day I received another email this time from Kelly. Kelly backtracked and stated they could not put me on a new subscription, said I could sign up again myself, basically want me to pay full price, and gave a $5 for my next order. Ha - you got to be kidding me, $5.00? This went on from February 7th to February 23rd. I emailed back, I asked them why did they state in writing they would resubscribe me for $8.60 more, and then send me an email that went back on that. This time they chose to ignore me. In the meantime, I ordered from a different company as it's been almost a month, nothing is resolved, and there is no hope it will be. The product I ordered from a different company had a slight burn/tingle to it as it did when I first started using the product. I thought I had become immune to that feeling as I did not get this burn/tingle with the Skin Elite Product. Now I wonder about the quality, and what they were sending me at this discounted price. Poor customer service, rude, questionable products.
