I bought what I thought was a free trial of their Thermosyn product. It wasn't made clear at all this would enter me into a. 6 monthly subscription. I accepted that it was my error, however, the last 6 months have been awful in trying to deal with the company. I needed help with their website and got no help at all, I kept asking when I could cancel and they ignored the question and sent me in circles. I have now completed the 6 monthly subscriptions and they will no longer respond to my emails but are still trying to take money out of my account. This company is a scam.
