I ordered excitedly but then realised some items wouldn't suit. I tried to cancel 28 minutes later to re-order and was told that it was too late to cancel (which it wasn't...)
A week later and my order still hasn't shipped and to no ones surprise, isn't cancelled.
They will allow me to return the goods at my own cost and also refuse to refund any sale items (which is nearly all of my items because they were having a big sale - also illegal).
I reviewed on Google and was told that the team would be happy to help. They weren't at all happy to help and again told me it was "too late". Imagine that, a company telling you that a cancellation in under 30 minutes was too late but then takes over a week to even ship the items.
Watch for automatic enrollment for subscriptions. Luckily I read other reviews and was able to "pause" my subscribed items before they charged me for them.
Watch for automatic donations added to your bill.
Watch out for horrendous customer service and obviously fake positive reviews, they've been actioned in the past for removing bad reviews by the ACA. :D
Many reviews like mine. I've reported them for investigation and I urge others do the same.
