Horrendous service. I placed a one time order, which took a while to come. The issue is that I have been signed up to a weekly subscription which I have no recollection of agreeing to, I have tried numerous times to contact support to cancel this but I get the same automated response or that they are unable to cancel subscription, we the customers have to do it.
'Create an Account' seems to be the themed response in said automated email, so when i try and do this with the email I supposedly have a subscription linked to... it does not and will not recognise it. So i tried with another email, that worked but how can one manage a subscription if they fail to tell you your subscription number.
I am losing my patience, I have had to call the bank over a measly £14 (each week), but it is the principal. I have made very clear that I do not want this subscription to proceed however there remains every pleasure in taking my money... and reading below it seems like a common theme.
This was my first experience with the Skinny Food Co. safe to say I personally wont be coming back again. I am personally quite suspicious of their intentions.
Hot sauce bangs though I'll give them that.
Oh and lastly, there is no customer support number?
