Shocking Customer Service
Placed two orders on Feb 1st , received notification last Wednesday informing both had tracking numbers and have been dispatched to Royal Mail. One order was delivered and the second still has a tracking status of Royal Mail awaiting the goods. Have tried on numerous ocassions to contact customer services and all I get is an automated response . Have also tried to reach out to the company via social media platforms where I have come across lots of their unhappy customers but again no response. In all the years of ordering online I have NEVER come across such appalling customer services and lack of care from a company. Dont know where to go from here!!
