I wish I had never ordered from them. The goods I ordered were delivered. But now they have me down for a subscription that does not show on my account. They have sent the items to me twice more once a week, and have just emailed to say another lot are coming. This is all after I have been emailing them for the last week to tell them I don’t want anymore sent to me. I have sent screen shots of my account showing I do not have a subscription, they just send a standard reply telling you to deal with it yourself on your account but it is impossible. I have now spoken to my bank and put a stop on the company from taking anymore money. I want to delete my account but again there is no option to do this, so have deleted my address from my account. Awful company disgraceful underhand practise to make money, appalling customer service. I hope they go out of business as this kind of thing should not be allowed.
