i REALLY like their products. But unfortunately their website is very deceptive on shipping. it says you get free shipping but doesn't even give you the fine print that's its only for shipping near them, not for everyone or every order (or for even a larger order) as you are lead to believe. I dont mind paying for shipping if its from a company that cares or is reasonable. second their packing for shipments leaves one to think they hire monkeys to pack or don't really care. smashable product is packed under the heavy bottled items and then the whole bunch is smashed into the smallest box possible with no thought on the order itself. when their support is emailed pictures and a description of the problem they blow it off like they dont care. I wasnt asking for anything just that the shipping people take an extra minute to think about it. Since i am paying for the shipping anyway, why try to save the few pennies on their end and make it so i refuse to order from them ever again.
